Apartment in the headquarters

It is a guest apartment (75 sqm) in the headquarters with the following features:

3 bedrooms (towels / bed linen / beach towels are on site)

2 bathrooms including hair dryer

1 kitchen with kettle, coffee machine, laundry service (once a week), stove, oven, refrigerator, dishes

Hallway

Terrace / garden with clothes horse, community pool (can be used all year round and by arrangement) TV (German / English) NO

Gas stove available for the "cooler" days YES

1 living room / dining room (board games and literature are available)

2 bathrooms including hair dryer 1 open kitchen with kettle, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishes, hallway, spacious covered terrace, TV (German)

It is a guest house / holiday home (75 sqm) with the following features:

OUR FOOD

If you are accommodated in our fitness headquarters or in the fitness apartments or in another rental accommodation, finca, villa, semi-detached house or apartment hotel, then the following rule applies: We buy the basic meals for you , which we (also from a fitness point of view) as the right and proven nutrition for us.

In addition, the kitchen is equipped with the usual ingredients for cooking such as oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and spices. In addition, we also provide "Low Carb" protein powder for the people who have "decrease" as the priority / goal No. 1 and give you a shaker. If you need additional things, everything has already happened, you have to get them yourself. The point is simply that if we don't set boundaries, we don't know where to start and / or stop with extra orders. A small example from practice, two participants MUST have sunflower seeds, we also got them, but then they were still unopened in the closet when you left (12 days later !!!), so you know what I want. If someone is accommodated in a "normal" hotel (at your own request) or we have expressly discussed this beforehand, then there is probably (if not an apartment hotel) normal HB (means breakfast and dinner). We should discuss more in advance.

All trips to remote sports fields are organized and carried out by us. This will always be announced at short notice (weather conditions, wind, our partners, etc. can cause changes here, then communication is carried out via our Fitness Camp WhatsApp group)

CAUTION !!

These sports and performance offers are largely a program of the 6-day camps, depending on the level of performance of the participants and / or the individual target focus of the participants or depending on the weather, not all offers may be carried out. Therefore, this paper should not be overestimated, almost all program content is carried out, but if it should not be, then this has its own (legitimate) reasons.

CAUTION !!

We are not an advocate of 8 hours of boot camp a day, this is not our philosophy of structured sports and definitely does not bring progress in fitness level. Whoever wants that is out of place with us, our philosophy is to create the appropriate mix of fitness AND vacation.

Unfortunately, what many participants sometimes do not understand is the fact that relaxation, lots of sleep and deepening of theoretical knowledge are also part of our own philosophy("Keep it simple") of sport, fitness & health.

Mountain bikes

We ask you to treat the (not cheap) mountain bikes with care and ALWAYS with frames and tires and a lantern or fence or similar. complete as a complete package. Always remove or take the saddle with the quick release.

Please do not attach the keys to the house key, but keep them separately and if the bike is not used, be sure to leave it in the respective accommodation.

Almost all bikes are equipped with bike racks, but if you have to park them in the sand (on the beach), PLEASE chain up.

Treat them just like you would treat your own bikes. We do not charge a deposit / deposit here. We trust you. Thanks for your understanding.

Training role / fascia role / blackroll These can be borrowed on request and used for fascia training and deep muscles.

PUNCTUALITY

We are ALWAYS on time and expect this from you too, should that not be the case with us, flat tire, traffic, traffic jam or similar. we submit a report in good time(Whatsapp group chat).

If someone is still not at the agreed place 10 minutes after the agreed time, we reserve the right to not start or leave.

PICK UP Malaga Airport

If we pick you up and nothing else has been agreed regarding the meeting point / arrival to the accommodation, we will meet as follows: Leave the security zone after the luggage straps, out into the reception hall where all people receive their guests, not out onto the street , half-left is an elevator, get in there, drive up to the departure area out of the elevator and out onto the street, go to the right from the covered building to the uncovered building and waiting at the FLAGGENMAST. There (at the flagpole !!!!) someone will pick you up from our team.
